DANIEL LEVINAS is a partner with Moulinos & Levinas PLLC. He attended the City University of New York, Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration, and went on to graduate cum laude from New York Law School with an academic curriculum tailored towards the study of real estate.
Mr. Levinas handles a variety of real estate and business matters for the firm, representing clients in all phases of real estate and business transactions and litigation.
In his real estate transactional work, Mr. Levinas’ practice includes the representation of purchasers and sellers involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Such representation includes the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, contracts of sale, commercial and residential leases, and construction contracts. Mr. Levinas also assists the firm in its general counsel practice, whereby he counsel’s numerous condominium boards of managers and cooperative boards of directors throughout New York, assisting condominiums and cooperatives in governance issues, particularly in connection with drafting or amending condominium by-laws and declarations and cooperative proprietary leases and/or sublease documents.
Mr. Levinas’ counsel of condominium and cooperative boards extends to his litigation practice, as he represents numerous boards in lawsuits they commence or in which they require defense counsel. His litigation practice further extends to commercial lease disputes, complex business and partnership disputes, construction and lien law, and landlord-tenant matters.
Mr. Levinas is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section and Young Lawyers Section, is fluent in English and proficient in Hebrew.
