JAMES BRENNAN TSANG is an associate attorney at Moulinos & Associates. He attended St. Francis College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science cum laude and went on to graduate from the University of Illinois College of Law cum laude. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Brennan Tsang worked in Chicago at a prominent class action litigation firm where he gained valuable experience in the representation of clients and all stages of litigation.
Mr. Brennan Tsang handles a variety of real estate and business matters for the firm, representing clients in all phases of real estate and business transactions and litigation.
Mr. Brennan Tsang’s current practice involves the representation of condominium and cooperative boards in lawsuits they commence or in which they require defense counsel, assisting in the firm’s general counsel practice, representation in commercial lease disputes, complex business and partnership disputes, construction and lien law, and landlord tenant disputes.
Mr. Brennan Tsang is also involved in the firm’s transactional work where he represents buyers and sellers involved in residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brennan Tsang played professional tennis in China for four years and also co-founded the first internationally staffed tennis program in Chengdu, China.
Mr. Brennan Tsang is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois. He is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin.
