PETER MOULINOS is the founder, owner and managing partner of Moulinos & Levinas PLLC. His experience as a real estate attorney and commercial attorney is highly regarded amongst his peers having practiced since 1995 in the areas of real estate law, business and contract law, commercial law, litigation, international law and estate practice.

Mr. Moulinos has combined his law background with his experience in the financial markets to enhance his ability to assist business and real estate clients. He attended Pace University in Manhattan and was awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance in 1990. He spent two years working in the foreign exchange capital markets, for Merrill Lynch & Co., and FX Concepts, Inc., in Manhattan, before pursuing his law degree and graduating from New York Law School in 1994. During his studies, he interned for the Honorable Patricia Collins of the Supreme Court of the State of NY, County of Nassau.

Following law school, he worked for a boutique international law firm, gaining valuable experience and insight in the representation of clients in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, employment law and estate law.

In 2003, Mr. Moulinos formed Moulinos & Levinas PLLC. Since founding this firm, he has represented hundreds of clients. His work has been cited in the New York Law Journal, New York Daily News, the NY Post, the Real Deal and other industry publications.

Mr. Moulinos also represents numerous condominiums and cooperatives in New York City and provides them with general counsel. He is familiar with all facets of condominium and cooperative ownership and represents cooperative and condominium boards in lawsuits filed on their behalf and against them. He also has extensive real estate and business litigation experience having represented an extensive number of plaintiffs and defendants in New York Courts regarding various issues including adverse possession, condominium and cooperative disputes, foreclosure, partition actions, injunctive relief, property easements, lien disputes and condemnation proceedings.

Mr. Moulinos also handles matters for foreign Greek nationals conducting business in the United States.

He has also created a niche practice of representing foreign estates in New York requiring probate or administration of assets in New York.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Moulinos is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is also a member of the National Realty Club, and the International Law Society.

He is fluent in English and Greek and proficient in French.
