Our real estate practice is diverse and extensive, extending into both commercial and residential matters. We represent sellers and purchasers of real estate properties and have conducted hundreds of transactions.  We litigate real estate and property disputes, land disputes, partition actions, cooperative board disputes, foreclosures, seek zoning variances, undertake property tax reviews by governmental bodies and provide lending and financing representation.  We are involved in the negotiation of commercial leasing for retail, office, industrial, restaurant and hospitality space. Our representation has also included cooperatives, condominiums and property management companies.

We also represent individuals seeking to prevent foreclosure on their home or condominium and to also stop the sale of their cooperative apartment unit at auction. When possible, we also attempt to negotiate a short sale of a property on behalf of a client or to negotiate a refinancing or modification of their existing loan in order to allow a client the ability to continue to fulfill their obligations to lenders.
